A Personal Care Home

Is it time to make the decision that your loved one can no longer live alone, or that you cannot give that special person the care that they need?  We understand what you are going through, and that is why we founded The Azalea House.  This is Home. We have the place that your loved one can be as close to home as possible. We work extremely hard to provide our residents with the love and care that they deserve.

Our home is located in a very pleasant neighborhood in Conroe, Texas. It is a beautiful

quiet setting that feels like home to everyone. We intentionally limit our number of

residents to guarantee quality care and maintain a comfortable lifestyle.

Our residents are free to sleep late and have breakfast on their own schedule. If they

have special diets or requests for meals, we do all that we can to accommodate them.

If they want to have their own television or DVD player in their room, that is just fine.

We are a highly trained staff. We ask that you compare our employee's

qualifications to other homes. At the current time, we have two Registered Nurses, one Licensed Vocational Nurse and four   Certified Nursing Assistants on our staff.  We are capable of handling residents with a higher level of medical needs. This level of professional help is usually not available at personal care homes.

We always welcome family to join us at any time. We have had family Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners that include our family as well as our resident's families.
